Our dSTORM Training provides an introduction to dSTORM imaging, covering the use of the ONI Training Kit™ for sample preparation, probe selection, labeling, and fixation. Participants will learn how to set up on an ONI microscope and optimize image acquisition. The training includes a step-by-step guide to analyzing images with CODI software, troubleshooting tips, and a Q&A session for participants to share insights and ask questions. Additional learning resources will also be provided.

Join our EV Imaging Training, where we’ll walk you through the use of the EV Profiler 2 Kit for extracellular vesicle (EV) visualization and phenotyping using dSTORM microscopy on the Nanoimager. This session will cover troubleshooting tips and techniques, including the use of our Pan-EV stain, Tetraspanin Trio, and improvements in EV capture efficiency. Learn how to capture super-resolution images and analyze EVs with our latest AutoEV software, which automatically processes your samples and delivers detailed reports in just 90 minutes.

Join our Cell Imaging Training with the ONI Discovery Kits™, where you’ll learn to use a modular workflow for immunofluorescent labeling in cultured cells. This training will guide you through detecting extra- and intracellular proteins in two channels with 20 nm resolution and high sensitivity. You’ll provide the cells and custom antibodies, while we supply the reagents and tools to achieve precise and reliable results. Gain hands-on experience with the kit, from sample preparation to image analysis, and optimize your workflow for high-quality cellular imaging.
