Take full ownership of stock management activities, including receiving, storing, issuing and reconciling inventory.
Perform consumables product kitting to customers and internal demands.
Work closely with consumables and hardware manufacturing teams to ensure material readiness and availability.
Collaborating with the PLE team to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and revisions.
Supporting Sales and Operations Execution processes.
Ensure all stock handling activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinating and managing stock transfers between US and UK sites.
Monitoring consumable expiry dates and ensuring timely disposal to minimise waste.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with the ERP system.
Accurately allocate materials to appropriate departments or projects.
Track stock allocations and material usage in line with operational needs.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or reporting issues promptly.
Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes.
