ONI appoints Renu Menezes as VP HR to lead Organisational Expansion

San Diego, CA and Oxford, UK – April 17, 2023 –
We’re thrilled to announce that Renu Menezes has joined ONI as VP of People! Renu will drive HR strategy and policy, and support the growth of ONI’s teams across our two sites in Oxford and San Diego.
Renu has been working in HR on a global scale for over 25 years, leading HR strategy, talent acquisition, L&D, performance, and organisational design. Renu’s sector experience spans medical devices, therapeutics, software – and the film industry! In addition to this, Renu also lectures at the Forbes School of Business and Technology, University of Arizona, developing the next generation of human resource leaders.
